This novel is written in 3rd person with Theo as its focus, but it also gives hints of Alicia’s point of view through what she has written in her diary. The more he reaches into her mind, the more he gives of himself and the more consumed he becomes with trying to save her. He is certain that he can make her talk and get her to explain what happened and why she has not spoken since. Psychotherapist Theo Faber is determined to save her. She has not spoken a word since that night. ![]() The more I read of this story, the more I was sucked into all of the drama and the fear and the more I knew that I must find out exactly what happened to Alicia Berenson and what happened the night her husband Gabriel died. ![]()
